Fleets interested in being featured in the 2012 Dossier calendar can now submit their applications.

For the fifth year in a row, Arsenault Associates, makers of Dossier fleet maintenance management software, is now accepting entries for its 2012 calendar contest. The winners will be featured in next year’s calendar.

“The Dossier calendar has been a huge success. We feature Dossier customer fleets, one for each month, and have distributed tens of thousands of calendars over the past few years. We’re looking forward to even greater participation for 2012,” said Bob Hausler, vice president of marketing and technology.

The calendar features full-color photographs of fleet maintenance subjects such as individual vehicles, fleet portraits, and maintenance facilities. Along with a photo(s), each month includes a brief description of how that fleet uses Dossier to its best advantage.

The contest is open to all Dossier users in any fleet category. Entry forms have been sent to all users by email. They will also be available on Arsenault.com, or by calling 800-525-5256.

The entry form provides specific contest rules and information. The deadline for entries is midnight on Sept. 16, 2011.

Hausler said each contestant must submit one (or more) digital photo(s) of their fleet, shop, fuel island, or anything of interest to other fleet managers, along with a brief statement about how they use Dossier fleet maintenance software to better control their fleet.

The winners will be selected based on the quality of their photos and their user statements.

In addition to being displayed on the calendar, each of the winners will receive a special Dossier prize selected exclusively for them. One entry will also be chosen as the Grand Prize Winner as the best fleet photo or statement for 2012 and receive a Grand Prize award and special placement in the calendar. All contest participants will receive a Dossier logo gift item.
