Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has hired Johann Finkelmeier as vp & gm of original equipment tires for the company’s North American tire unit. He’ll report to Larry Mason, Goodyear’s North American president of consumer tires.
Finkelmeier has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, most recently serving at Akebono North America as executive vp-global strategy & business development OE/OES sales. He replaces Michael Parnell, who served in that position for two years and is moving on to new responsibilities.
