Air-Weigh has announced the company has received ISO 9001: 2000 certification from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). According to ISO, the certification is a set of standardized requirements that indicate a quality management system is in place.
“This achievement is a significant milestone for our company” said Martin Ambros, Air-Weigh president & CEO. “Air-Weigh’s certification to ISO 9001:2000 confirms that we have implemented a very comprehensive quality management system and further assures our customers that we deliver products and services that will meet their highest quality and reliability requirements.”
Air-Weigh manufactures on-board weighing and brake monitoring systems for tractors, trailers and straight trucks, either through dealers or as a factory-installed option at several manufacturers.
