Many truckers judge aerodynamically sculpted Class 8 tractors as not being cool-looking enough let alone capable of the customization typical of long-nose models. To shoot a big hole in that perception, Jim Carello, dealer principal at Regional International outside Rochester, NY, decided to fashion a show-stopping custom truck out of an International ProStar tractor and wound up with this sleek number that puts to rest any notion that aerodynamic trucks aren't worthy of customization.

Carello dubbed the truck “Mayhem.” Boasting a stretched wheelbase of 340 in., 8-in. exhaust pipes, and Lamborghini-style doors, it is powered by a 500-hp. Cummins ISX.
