South Carolina Truck Show set for debut June 25-26

The inaugural South Carolina Truck Show will take place June 25-26 with all proceeds supporting missions work at the Faith Assembly of God Church, according to event organizers

The inaugural South Carolina Truck Show will take place June 25-26 with all proceeds supporting missions work at the Faith Assembly of God Church, according to event organizers.

The Charleston, SC, church will host the event, which will feature a truck beauty show and a trucker wedding plus exhibits featuring trucking technology, services, recruiting and entertainment. The church is located at 337 Farmington Road, off I-26 at Exit 199.

Trucks in the beauty contest will be judged on overall appearance, paint, murals, graphics, lighting, cab interior and more.

The show is part of the National Association of Show Trucks (NAST) and its Truck-Lite Trophy Series.

Among the other activities taking place during the South Carolina Truck Show will be the wedding of long-time show trucker and founding member of NAST, Chuck Kemner to Myrna Russell on Saturday June 26.
