Terry Solvedt has been named executive vp of operations for the transportation and logistics services (TLS) business unit of Jacobson Companies. Jacobson is a third-party logistics provider based in Des Moines, IA.

Solvedt joins Jacobson with more than 30 years of experience with asset and maintenance management. Most recently, he was vp at RoadLink USA and an industry advisor with Landes Trucking.
