TA offers reefer maintenance

TravelCenters of America (TA) now offers maintenance services for refrigerated trailers. Two levels of preventive maintenance are available: Premium Refrigerated PM and Ultimate Refrigerated PM.

The Premium package, at $89.95, consists of an oil change and 30-point checklist that includes belts, hoses, doors, air filter, coolant levels, fuel tank, battery and gauges. The Ultimate service, at $104.95, includes the Premium package plus pre-trip diagnostics, e.g., checking for abnormal noise vibration, testing indicator lights, inspecting for leaks and running microprocessor.

Maintenance services such as replacing starters, alternators, batteries, belts, water pumps, thermostats and hoses, are also available.
