• Navistar hires Waldron

    Navistar International Corp., the holding company for International Truck & Engine Corp., has hired John Waldron to be vp and corporate controller

    Navistar International Corp., the holding company for International Truck & Engine Corp., has hired John Waldron to be vp and corporate controller. He will also serve as principal accounting officer.

    Waldron joins Navistar from RR Donnelley & Sons Co., where he served as vp and assistant corporate controller. He reports directly to Bill Caton, Navistar’s executive vp and CFO.

    In his role as corporate controller, Waldron replaces James Blanda, who served as interim controller since April 2006, during which time he was involved in Navistar’s financial restatement process.
