Brad Aitken, director of business development for TransCore’s Tracking and Communications (GlobalWave) business unit, has been elected to the National Private Truck Council Institute’s Board of Governors.
Aitken began his career in trucking as a load dispatcher over 25 years ago, working in various aspects of operations management before owning and operating his own trucking company for 10 years. He has worked with Transcore customers over the past decade to define requirements for the company’s trailer tracking and in-cab communications products.
The NPTC represents private truck fleets, providing training and certification programs to advance the professional skill and knowledge of its members.
