Free webinar will focus on unionization
KPA, LLC (formerly Kip Prahl Associates) will host a free webinar on Thursday Dec. 16 titled “How to Stay Union Free.” According to KPA, the program will zero in on “how to avoid unionization in your company and maintain a positive workplace environment.”
The webinar will be presented by John Boggs, Esq., managing partner of Fine, Boggs and Perkins LLP. KPA noted he is long-time attorney who focuses on employment law and primarily represents dealerships.
According to KPA, the webinar will advise managers on:
