Ryder System has hired Airton Gimenes as senior vp—sales and marketing for its Supply Chain Solutions division. In his new role, Gimenes will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities of Ryder’s global supply chain business, supporting both U.S. and international operations teams.
Gimenes joins Ryder following a 30-year career with Hewlett-Packard Co. (HP), most recently serving as senior vp—worldwide enterprise segment at HP’s Customer Solutions Group.
