I-405 Washington to close north and southbound July 10-11

Washington State DOT is advising truckers and other motorists that I-405 between SR-167 and SR-169 will be closed from Saturday, July 10 at 2:00 a.m. until Sunday, July 11 at 11:00 a.m

Washington State DOT is advising truckers and other motorists that I-405 between SR-167 and SR-169 will be closed from Saturday, July 10 at 2:00 a.m. until Sunday, July 11 at 11:00 a.m.

During the I-405 closure, long delays are expected.

According to Washington State DOT, drivers are encouraged to defer travel plans or to use SR -520, I-90, or I-5 to bypass the I-405 closure.

Local access to Renton, WA will be maintained, the agency noted, although heavy traffic volumes are expected along the local detours.
