Human resource software provider Compli recently sewed up partnerships with Sterling Infosystems and Instructional Technologies to offer a broader array of recruitment and retention tools, screening services and online safety training programs as part of a single employee management system on the Compli platform.

Compli noted that Sterling Infosystems provides U.S. and Canadian trucking industry organizations with real-time information related to background checks, driving records, and drug and alcohol testing for new applicants and existing employees.

Instructional Technologies, which offers the “Pro-TREAD” online driver safety training series, provides a full library of interactive, computer-based driver safety training programs to U.S. and Canadian fleets, with roughly 70,000 drivers and warehouse workers participating every month.

“These new partnerships give fleets a single place to manage important human resource needs,” said Nick Goodell, gm of the trucking and transportation division within Compli. “It also enables our software to automatically initiate processes needed to manage risk and regulatory compliance throughout the entire employment lifecycle.”
