FedEx Freight, the regional less-than-truckload (LTL) operating company of FedEx Corp., has announced its new FedEx Freight A.M. will offer delivery by 10:30 a.m. with a money-back guarantee. This will offer increased flexibility and control to shippers, the company said.

According to FedEx Freight, customers can select the A.M. service either through an online request or selecting the option on the bill of landing, even at the time of pickup. It is priced with a flat rate.

“Today, we are enhancing our portfolio of reliable, customized solutions by offering shippers the ability to receive shipments by 10:30 a.m., backed by a money-back guarantee,” said Douglas G. Duncan, president &CEO of FedEx Freight Corp. “As companies further compress supply chains and carefully manage inventory and cash flows, this level of service is more important than ever.”
