Arsenault retires, Boetefuer named CEO

Charles Arsenault, the founder of maintenance software developer Arsenault Assocs., has officially turned over management of the 33-year-old company to Jack Boetefuer, who now adds CEO to his president title. The move is the final step in a planned leadership transition for the developer of the Dossier maintenance and asset management system, according to the company

Charles Arsenault, the founder of maintenance software developer Arsenault Assocs., has officially turned over management of the 33-year-old company to Jack Boetefuer, who now adds CEO to his president title. The move is the final step in a planned leadership transition for the developer of the Dossier maintenance and asset management system, according to the company.

Boetefuer joined Arsenault Assocs. in 2004 as vice president of sales & business development and took over day-to-day operations as president in 2006. He holds a BS in electrical engineering and an MBA from Drexel University, and previously worked for Rockwell Automation and ABB.

“Looking back, I am extremely proud of everything that we have achieved; looking forward, the future is bright,” said Arsenault. Although he is retiring from the CEO position, Arsenault added that he intends to remain involved as a management consultant, strategic advisor and occasional spokesperson.
