The merger between NationaLease Purchasing Corp. and AmeriQuest Transportation and Logistics Resources Corp. was completed last week with overwhelming support by the companies’ shareholders. The two entities closed on the merger in the Philadelphia office of Dilworth Paxson, LLP.

The unified AmeriQuest leasing participants operating under the NationaLease brand make this the largest leasing organization in North America with more than 700 locations. In addition, NationaLease now has the largest reciprocal road service network in N.A. and a stronger, more robust National Account program serving the needs of unified participants selling full-service leasing, contract maintenance and dedicated contract carriage to fleet customers throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
