A extension of their current agreement means Con-way Freight will continue to provide LTL freight service for Caterpillar Logistics Services in 27 states as well as into and out of Canada and Mexico.

Con-way Freight has provided LTL service for Cat Logistics since 2009. The new agreement adds 16 states to the previous contract., according to the carrier.

“Our relationship with Cat Logistics has been strong and collaborative. The opportunity to extend our service into new areas and help more Caterpillar customers is exciting,” said John G. Labrie, president, Con-way Freight. “We work W hard every day to provide customers with exception-free, on-time and faster service, and we look forward to continuing to do that with Caterpillar Logistics Services — now on an even larger scale.”
