Lenan Corp., a manufacturer of waste oil heaters and related equipment, has been sold to Barry Brandt and Aldine Capital Partners of Chicago and will be renamed Lanair Products LLC.
Lanair Products is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lanair Holdings LLC., a partnership created to purchase Lenan Corp.
“I am excited about the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of the previous owners and look forward to working with the great group of people at Lenan to continue growing the business well into the future,” said Brandt, president & CEO. “My family and I are equally excited about settling in the Janesville area.”
Terms of the transaction were not announced. Janesville, WI-based Lenan was founded in 1976.
