    Doug Noyes has been appointed general manager of Phillips Industries’ Commercial Vehicle Product operations. He will be responsible for all CV production, engineering, customer service, quality, procurement and inventory control.

    Formerly at Cannon Equipment, Noyes will be headquartered at Phillips commercial vehicle facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
