NationaLease has updated its online Emergency Road Service Directory, making it easier to navigate by allowing a member company whose driver needs assistance to simply enter the address of where the truck is located to find the contact information of all NationaLease affiliates in the area, the company said.
In addition, the new ServiCenter Directory gives information about NationaLease-provided insurance substitute vehicle policies and procedures while allowing users to download certifications of liability insurance for substitutes.
There are an estimated 125,000 tractors, trucks and trailers in the combined fleets of NationaLease’s 600 affiliated independent trucking leasing companies, the company said, with a network of 36,000 pre-approved repair facilities and service vendors staffed by more than 7,000 technicians in its directory.
