NAFA Fleet Management Assn. has published a Law Guide for Fleet Professionals to help them recognize legal issues that can then be addressed by experts. The guide is a general review of U.S. and Canadian laws that affect fleets.

It looks in-depth at contract law, tort law, negligence, vicarious liability, bailments, employment law and regulatory issues.

The Law Guide joins NAFA”s other published reference works, the Risk Management Guide and theh Professional Development Guide.
