Peterbilt gives rebates to Landstar, OOIDA members

Peterbilt Motors Company is offering carriers leased to Landstar and members of the Owner-Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) rebates of up to $1,500 for the purchase of qualified new Peterbilt vehicles in 2009.

According to Peterbilt, the incentives include a $1,000 cash rebate directly from Peterbilt and an additional $500 from Paccar Parts with the purchase of $1,000 or more Mirrex accessories.

Qualified vehicles include the Model 389, Model 388, Model 387 or Model 386, the company said, as well as a Model 386 with a factory installed 63" or 70" sleeper or a Model 387 with a factory installed sleeper for OOIDA members.
