The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration published its Interim Final Rule regarding hours-of-service (HOS) regulations in today’s Federal Register

The HOS rules will continue to allow an 11-hour drive time with a 34-hour restart provision following last week’s announcement by FMCSA.
