Barbara Pilarski will take over as executive director-mergers & acquisitions for North and South America at DaimlerChrysler starting January 1, 2007. She will replace John Stellman, vp-mergers & acquisitions, who is retiring at the end of this year.
Pilarski will be responsible for all aspects of merger and acquisition activities affecting North and South America for all DaimlerChrysler business units, including commercial vehicle operations.
