Dunmore, PA-based Road Scholar Transport created its vehicle-graphics awareness campaign to draw “attention to the many afflictions that touch the lives of so many people,” advises the carrier's founder, James C. Barrett. “We have the opportunity to impact thousands of people each day when our trucks drive down the road.
