ISVstore.com features more than 100 applications developed by more than 30 independent software vendors (ISV). The site allows users to “test-drive” software solutions and evaluate their performance on mobile computers before purchasing.
“Honeywell continues to invest in technologies that support the ISV and reseller communities,” said Mark Schmidt, vice president, business development, Honeywell Scanning & Mobility. “ISVstore.com is the AIDC industry’s first online resource that allows businesses of all sizes to test and trial various hardware/software combinations before beginning the purchase process, similar to the iTunes online music store for music and entertainment.”
The site utilizes Honeywell’s Remote MasterMind for Mobility management software which allows users to test solutions using live data collection devices.
