Paul Will, CFO of truckload carrier Celadon Group, has been named the new chairman of the National Accounting and Finance Council (NAFC), partof the American Trucking Assns.

The NAFC is open to all industry finance executives, even if their companies are not ATA members.

Will, who has served as Celadon’s CFO since 1998 and executive vp since May 2002, has 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. In the years since he became CFO, Celadon’s stock price has increased from $3 to $20.
