All regions had a price drop, but the steepest was seen in the Rockies as prices fell 9.5 cents to $2.584. Prices were the most stable in the Midwest, dropping only 1.9 cents to $2.448. The Gulf Coast was the cheapest region in which to buy diesel at $2.446 after a 4.4-cent decline. The most expensive region in which to fill up was once again California, in spite of a relatively large 8.4-cent price break to $2.751.
