GE Capital Solutions Fleet Services has enhanced its my.Drivers/my.Vehicles application with a new “add driver” function that will make it easier for fleet managers to add and manage drivers without having to assign them to a vehicle immediately, according to the company.

Located on GE’s customer website, Your Office @ Fleet, the new functionality saves fleet managers time and improves driver profile accuracy, as well as requiring several types of validation for a more accurate driver list, the company said.

According to GE, the ability to independently store and separate driver and vehicle offers fleet managers additional data management flexibility, allowing all driver data to be stored in one GE system.
