    Human resources management company Compli is hosting a free webinar on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011, on Dept. of Labor (DOL) audits and how to prepare for one.

    The webinar, which will take place at 1 p.m. Eastern time, is for anyone who is involved in a DOL audit, including owners, CEOs, CFOs, general managers, HR managers, controllers, and office managers.

    Titled “DOL Audits - How to Prepare for the Unexpected,” the webinar will address why the chances of a wage and hour audit have increased, why DOL conducts audits, what to do when DOL notifies you of an audit, and how to assess your current wage and hour practices.

    Timothy Scott, partner at Fisher & Phillips LLP, will be the featured speaker. A question-and-answer session will follow.
