    Fleet Brake has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire Page Brake Warehouse and its related entities. Page Brake is a distributor of heavy-duty truck parts for the commercial vehicle aftermarket in the Rocky Mountain region.

    Fleet Brake said it intends to reopen Page Brake locations as Fleet Brake USA centers, which will be led by Lee Greer, a former principal of Greer’s Truck Parts and a former branch manager, regional manager and operations manager of Page Brake.

    “We look forward to expanding our network to service the Rocky Mountain region,” said John Bzeta, president of Fleet Brake. “We intend to maintain and build on Page Brake’s history and reputation of service and dependability.”

    Fleet Brake Parts & Service has 14 locations throughout Canada.
