New management roles were recently announced at Rair for several of the company’s most senior executives. Dr. Henry M. Goldberg, Rair’s founder, has assumed the position of chairman, handing over the daily operations to Gregory J. Lofy, who has been named president and CEO.
Lofy has held many other leadership positions in the company since it was founded in 2001.
John Van Nortwick has been promoted to the position of COO. Prior to taking on this new role, Van Nortwick served as Rair’s senior vice president of information technology. He has been with the company for eight years.
Ivan Paez has been promoted to the position of vice president and director of information technology. Paez has also been with the company for eight years.
“I am delighted to recognize the contributions of John Van Nortwick and Ivan Paez,” said Lofy. “Their promotions are an indicator of Rair’s continued focus on technical innovation.”
Rair audits both electronic and paper driver logs for fleets, analyzing nearly 300,000 driver logs each day. The company also audits driver qualification files, paper DVIRs (driver vehicle inspection reports) and electronic DVIR data, plus drug testing program management.
