Total Truck Parts, a Florida-based parts and service distributor, has added two managers to its senior executive management team.

Dale Haywood, who has been with the company and its predecessor companies since 1981, has assumed the role of manager of government sales. Haywood will be responsible for growing government sales nationally.

Leo Cordeiro is the new general manager, responsible for overseeing internal operations and the coordination of all vendor activities related to sales. He has been with the company since 1987.

“This is a key step in achieving our two greatest goals. First, we want to continue to aggressively grow our business. These steps will expand our market reach and improve our value-added services to our customers. Second, we need to build a strong succession team to lead our business for many years into the future,” said Marc Karon, president. “We are very fortunate to have so many talented people in our organization. Both Leo and Dale are accomplished young managers who have demonstrated superior management skills and have shown a dedication to achieving the goals of the company. I am very pleased to have them as part of our senior executive team.”

Total Truck Parts has six branches in South and Central Florida, and is a member of CVSN and HDA Truck Pride.
