Old Dominion Freight Line has appointed Dee Dee Cox director of human resources development, where she will oversee management staff education, develop management training programs and oversee employee succession plans

Old Dominion Freight Line has appointed Dee Dee Cox director of human resources development, where she will oversee management staff education, develop management training programs and oversee employee succession plans.

Cox previously worked as a corporate training and development manager at Epes Carriers, Inc., and spent 15 years as a manager of human resources development at Pergo, Inc. and Burlington Industries, Inc.

“Dee Dee brings nearly two decades of human resource experience to Old Dominion,” said David Congdon, president & COO of Old Dominion. “Her certified knowledge will help train employees, especially recent college graduates, in their career paths and add value to our company.”
