GITI Tire USA has opened a new distribution center in Tennessee that the company says will help better serve customers in the eastern half of the U.S. as well as in the Midwest. The new 200,000 sq. ft. facility in Portland, TN, is the second center the company has opened in the U.S.
The other GITI Tire USA distribution center is located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
“This is definitely great news for our customers on this side of the country,” said Tom McNamara, vp president of sales for GITI Tire USA. “This new facility will mean significant reductions in our delivery times and enable [customers] to better manage their inventory.”
GITI Tire USA markets GT Radial tires for light-duty, long-haul, regional and mixed-service trucking applications.
