Sterling Truck Corp. will roll out a new conventional Class 4-5 model—dubbed the Bullet—on March 6 at The Work Truck Show of the National Truck Equipment Assn (NTEA) in Indianapolis.
Sterling said the Bullet is a mid-range truck designed with vocational applications in mind, including P&D, construction, landscaping and municipal fleets.
“With this new vehicle, Sterling is rounding out its Class 3-8 lineup of commercial work trucks,” said Chris Patterson, president & CEO of Freightliner LLC, Sterling’s parent company.
Patterson added that the Sterling Bullet – the third product introduction for Sterling in the last twelve months – will come equipped with ‘07-compliant diesel engines and will be available in both regular and quad cab configurations as well as two-wheel and four-wheel drive.
