Schneider National plans to attract 100 new drivers in the greater Indianapolis area with hefty sign-on bonuses for experienced drivers and a competitive pay scale and company-paid training programs for inexperienced drivers.

The drivers will haul for two distribution centers that have local, regional and longhaul positions open in the One-Way, Specialized, Bulk and Intermodal divisions.

Experienced drivers for the Bulk (tank-trailer) division will receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Inexperienced drivers will earn an average of $35,500-$43,500 in their first year, experienced drivers $49,500-$58,500, and owner-operators $105,000-$115,000.
