Six new independent agents have been added to Con-way Multimodal, the freight brokerage division of Menlo Worldwide Logistics, the company has announced.

The agents, Tim Akers in St. Albans, WV; Byrne Transportation in Chicago, IL; Kevin Gage in Birmingham, AL; Hill Transportation Services of Angola, IN; New Star Transportation in Baton Rouge, LA; O&B Group of Cincinnati, OH; and Spivey Holdings in Los Angeles, bring decades of transportation experience to the brokerage.

Con-way Multimodal arranges third-party carrier services for over-the-road, intermodal, flatbed, heavy haul and specialized transportation for freight shipments. Menlo is an operating company of Con-way Inc.
