Hendrickson names director of N.A. field service

Hendrickson has named Jerry Reynolds director of North American field service, reporting directly to Baine Adams, vp of global sales & marketing.

All Hendrickson regional and national service managers will report to Reynolds, who has been national service manager for the company the past three years.

Reynolds came to Hendrickson from R.H. Sheppard Co., where he was manager of field service for nine years. He previously was fleet maintenance manager for American Hardware Co. subsidiary Advocate Services.
