A new proof-of-delivery app for iPhone and Android smartphones is available to users of the Red Cheetah suite of business resources within Guided Partner Services (GPS). The JumpTrack proof-of-delivery technology from Jump Technologies and Red Cheetah Software is designed to reduce the costs and hassles associated with dealer or distributor delivery operations, the company said.
The integration allows dealers to pull Red Cheetah manifest data and populate JumpTech’s cloud-based servers. Dealers’ customers can use the JumpTech portal to track orders and deliveries online.

Using the JumpTrack technology, drivers and service personnel can capture end-user signatures electronically. Proof-of-delivery information is then available to customer service personnel and the customer almost instantly via the JumpTrack portal.
