Noregon names vp-human resources & administration

Teresa Bailey has joined Noregon Systems as vice president of human resources & administration.  Bailey previously worked for Noregon from 2000-2004 as regional director of human resources.

She rejoins the company from United Guaranty Corp., where she was senior vice president of human resources. She has also held HR positions with Replacements Limited, Caribbean Transportation Services (an entity of FedEx Freight) and ConvaTec, Inc.

Bailey has been an active member and leader in the Society of Human Resource Management. She is a past recipient of the State HR Professional of the Year Award from the NC Society of Human Resources. She also received the HR Professional of the Year award from the HR Management Association of Greensboro in 2004 and 2005 and was awarded HR Professional of the Year in 2003, 2004 and 2005 from the Winston-Salem Society of HR Management.
