JX Peterbilt names gm

Scott Shaffer has been named general manager of JX Peterbilt – Bloomington. Shaffer has been with the Bloomington, IL, dealership for 14 years, most recently serving as service manager.

“Scott has worked his way up through the ranks and very much deserves his promotion to general manager,” said Eric Jorgensen, JX Enterprises’ president & CEO. “He was instrumental is making JX Peterbilt – Bloomington’s service department one of the most efficient, productive and profitable in our organization, and I’m sure he will bring the same level of commitment and analytical skills to elevate performance across all dealership operations.”

JX Peterbilt – Bloomington is a full-service dealership and part of JX Enterprises, a Waukesha, WI, medium- and heavy-duty truck dealership operating JX Truck Center and JX Peterbilt in four states.

Shaffer replaces Dan Ryan, who is now leading JX Peterbilt – Fort Wayne, and JX Peterbilt – Indianapolis.
