Dana Holding Corp. has opened distribution centers in Mexico and Canada as it continues to increase worldwide product availability, improve delivery times and expand aftermarket support.

The centers in Toluca, Mexico, and Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, China, bring to 17 the total number of aftermarket-dedicated distribution centers globally for Dana. Each will serve as hubs in their region to provide parts for Dana’s light-vehicle, commercial-vehicle, and off-highway customers.

The Mexico distribution center opened last month and supplies on-highway aftermarket products.  Dana will add off-highway products in the near future.  The facility in China will be fully operational this month, initially delivering off-highway products, but adding light-vehicle components in the coming months.

"The new centers are a continuation of our strategy to enhance our global distribution system to meet the growing demand for Dana parts," said Bill Gryzenia, vice president and general manager for Dana's Aftermarket business. "By expanding our service network even further we are able to provide essential logistical support and distribute quality aftermarket products with greater efficiency through our dedicated teams in each local market."
