Roadnet Technologies appoints international project support specialists

Roadnet Technologies has named Kufre Akpaidem international project support specialist. Akpaidem will be responsible for quality assurance and technical support for transportation management software customers outside the U.S.

Roadnet is a Baltimore-based vehicle routing, planning and scheduling software technology company.

Akpaidem was most recently technical support analyst for Avis Budget Group. Among his responsibilities are trouble-shooting, resolution of customer issues relating to product usage and uncovering solutions that can improve the organizational efficiencies of Roadnet Technologies customers.
