Arsenault Associates adds fleet management consultant

June 3, 2013

Maggie Laird has joined Arsenault Associates as a fleet management consultant. As part of the company's fleet management consulting professional services team, Laird will enhance the current staff that provides Arsenault’s customer fleets the most knowledgeable, pragmatic, on-site maintenance training and consulting services available anywhere, said Jack Boetefuer, CEO.

“Laird brings more than 30 years of fleet experience to Arsenault, and is particularly noted for her expertise in software deployment in maintenance operations. She previously founded and operated Laird Consulting, and in joining Arsenault, will return to her passion of being on-site with customers to provide Dossier training and consulting services,” Boetefuer said.

Laird also worked for the City of Lincoln, NE, and for the City of Houston, TX, the fourth largest municipality in the U. S., and with that city’s people mover, the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County.

“I look forward to being onsite, and working with shop personnel where the Dossier value chain begins, as well as with operations and executive management to deliver the financial, safety, and compliance benefits of a well implemented maintenance strategy,” Laird said. “Arsenault is a great fit for me. I’m pleased to be working with such a capable, customer-oriented company.”
