June 14, 2013

Todd Kuipers has been hired by Fontaine Fifth Wheel as its key account manager for the Atlantic Coast region and as marketing manager.

Kuipers will be responsible for maintaining relationships with significant fleet and dealer customers in the region while also leading the fifth wheel manufacturer’s North American marketing efforts.

Kuipers has extensive sales and marketing management experience in the heavy-duty trucking industry, the company said. He spent the last seven years as a regional manager at engine cooling component manufacturer Horton. Prior to his time at Horton, he spent nine years at Sloan Transportation Products working his way up from marketing analyst to Northeast regional sales manager.

“Todd has served our target market for many years and we’re excited to bring him onboard,” said Terry Mennen, Fontaine Fifth Wheel vice president of sales and marketing. “His customer relationships and in-depth understanding of our industry are strong assets in helping spread the word about Fontaine Fifth Wheel products and services.”
