Progressive is looking for trucking’s real life heroes

Progressive Insurance has launched its 2nd annual Real Life Trucking Hero Contest. The company is seeking nominations for truckers needing recognition for their contributions. 

The contest runs until Sept. 30. Anyone can nominate a trucker by simply submitting a photo and a short essay (up to 500 words) explaining why you (or someone else) should be named the winner.

After the entry period has concluded, there will be a two-week voting period. Progressive will then award cash prizes and a Freight Wing AeroFlex Trailer Skirt (installed at a Progressive Network Shop) to the top three, and a grand prize of $5,000 to the trucker who wins the title of “Real Life Trucking Hero.”
