Diversified Lenders, Inc. has created Diversified Transportation Finance, LLC. The new firm will focus on serving the financial needs of trucking companies across the country through factoring, AR finance lines and equipment finance, the company said.
“We are extremely excited to put this offering together and expand on the success that Diversified Lenders has enjoyed over the past several decades. We feel we have a great team in place and look forward to continued growth,” said Don Roberts, founder and owner of Diversified Lenders.
Eric Myers has been named president of Diversified Transportation Finance. Myers has spent more than 20 years selling and marketing financial services, primarily in the transportation sector. He spent several years with Transportation Alliance Bank and Transfac Capital in Utah; most recently he was vice president of marketing for TAB Bank.
“Diversified Lenders’ strong team and resources are a perfect match for the offering we are bringing to the transportation industry. While the transportation finance market is competitive, our offering of equipment finance, working capital and industry knowledge will help us carve out a profitable piece for Diversified,” Myers said. “I could not be more pleased with what we have put together so far.”
