Idle Free Systems names national director of field services

Dec. 3, 2013

Idle Free Systems has hired Patrick Fleishauer as national director of field services for its North American APU distributor network.

Fleishauer, who spent 20 years with the U.S. Air Force focused on customer service and a post-military background in supporting APU distributors, will work with all the Idle Free authorized sales and service partners.

Formerly, Fleishauer served as director of product support for Glacier Bay Technology and, more recently, director of field service for Crosspoint Solutions Group.

“Today more than ever, fleets are looking for measurable business advantages,” said Fleishauer. “My mandate is to enhance the customer experience in such a way that it makes a tangible difference and plays an integral part in the continued growth of Idle Free Systems as a leading electric APU provider in the market.”
