Dec. 24, 2013

Universal Lubricants has named Bud Snodgrass director of logistics, in charge of planning, implementing and optimizing the movement of the company’s products, including its Eco Ultra synthetic blend motor oil made from re-refined EcoClear base oil, between 32 facilities and customers.

A global operations veteran, Snodgrass has managed supply chain, logistics and operations for a number of U.S. organizations, Universal Lubricants said. He most recently served as managing director of Zesta Golf, directing supply chain, logistics and operations for the global product design and manufacturing company. Prior to that, he served as director of North American operations and supply chain for Elmer’s Products in Statesville, NC.

“Bud’s management expertise in operations, supply chain and logistics, and his track record of supporting new opportunities and cost improvement initiatives will help us maximize productivity, efficiency and operational quality as we continue to grow,” said Universal Lubricants CEO Jan Horsfall.
